ColoByTheU operates out of the H5 Data Centers facility in North Dallas (Plano). This 240,000 sq. ft. carrier-neutral fortress is designed for mission-critical enterprise workloads.

Most providers in this facility require full-cage commitments and multi-year contracts. We have secured the space so you can access Fortune 500 infrastructure on a single-server budget.

Access & Logistics

Because we operate inside a high-security facility, we do not accept walk-ins. Access is strictly controlled to protect the physical security of all clients.

How to Move In:

  1. Shipping: We accept shipments via UPS/FedEx/DHL. Once you sign up, we will provide the specific shipping label format to ensure it reaches our secure intake cage.

  2. Local Drop-off (By Appointment Only): If you are in DFW, you may drop off your server personally. You must schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

    • A ColoByTheU technician will meet you at the facility entrance to escort your hardware into the secure intake area.

    • Unannounced visitors will be turned away by building security.
